The hotel offers spotless rooms. It is located in a very quiet area. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The location is perfect and close to everything you could possibly need.

Our room and the public areas were spotless, with comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the wide variety of foods offered at the continental breakfast and we appreciated the hours it was available (6:30 - 9:30 A.M.). It was also nice to have coffee and tea available at all times, along with a coffeemaker and a refrigerator in our room. All members of the staff with whom we interacted were pleasant and friendly.

The hvac unit in our room was very loud on all settings. It felt ironic to have to sleep with earplugs in an otherwise quiet environment. Also, nice as it was to have coffee available downstairs 24/7, the brewing was very weak. I drank less than half a cup each morning, then went in search of a "real" cup when we ventured out each morning.

The rooms here have comfy beds and showers, and the location is convenient with grocery stores, shops, and good restaurants within a short walk in a very quiet area.

Everything was great except breakfast

The biscuits and gravy all three days was poor quality. Missed the waffles that most hotels have. Fried potatoes would have been nice. The breakfast host was great.

The staff at this hip new hotel in Tavares are caring and attentive. The location is absolutely perfect, and the breakfast includes a satisfactory selection of juices. I enjoy staying here when I'm in town.

The staff here were friendly and attentive, our room was modern and clean, and we paid $198 for it, including breakfast.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The maid did a fine job readying our room every day. The staff was very friendly.

The construction in the main lobby was very annoying. The carpeting in our room was filthy. The breakfast buffet was out of fruit for two of the days we were there.

The rooms are modern, updated with showers, and the housekeeping supervisor is attentive; there is a variety of breakfast options, and the staff is accommodating, making the location particularly ideal.

I had an excellent stay on vacation at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tavares. The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a quiet area near Tavares, Eustis, Leesburg, Mt Dora area, and the antique market. The superbly friendly and accommodating staff upgraded us to a modern room with a roll-in shower.

My family was lying in bed watching TV when two people walked into our room. Seems the front desk issued keys and our room to someone else. NOT pleased at all. I reached out to the manager and havent received a return phone call it has been two days since issuing the complaint.

Nicely priced hotel with cozy rooms and a convenient location near a great restaurant. The room was well-kept, had a roll-in shower, and the staff was top-notch. 🌟

Very understanding staff as we almost missed breakfast: she gave us 15 min to have breakfast which was sufficient time.

It was a busy weekend in that region and the rate I paid was a little much.

They didn't acknowledge that I asked for something special for our anniversary. They didn't honor my AAA The tub had a steady stream running all night. When checking out the girl at the desk didn't even look up to see us all she did was say " checking out " didn't ask how the stay was. RUDE
